Adam Walsh
It is my greatest intention as a mediator to facilitate dialogue, justice, and creative problem-solving.
The ultimate outcome of any mediation is always in the hands of the participants, and what it looks like in the end can take many forms.
Something I appreciate about the practice of mediation is the way a facilitated conversation can create harmony and resolve difficult situations, with everyone involved experiencing a sense of acceptable closure.
I truly believe that through mediation, the possibilities for resolution are nearly infinite.
